- •Working individuals aged between 44 years to 58 years
- •Asymptomatic individuals
排除标准
- •Regular smokers
- •Individuals diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases
- •Individuals with nerological and musculoskeletal impairments who could not participate in physical activity.
- •individuals on medications such as antibiotics, steroids etc
- •Recent history of any systemic illness(in less than 6 months)
- •Individuals who are physically active (more than 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week)
- •Chronic low back pain
