1. Participants who have received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and contents of this test, have sufficient consent ability, have a thorough understanding, apply voluntarily, and have agreed to participate in writing.
2. Japanese adults over the age of 20
3. Participants who live in Osaki Kamijima Town, Hiroshima Prefecture
1. Participants with a history of serious illness
2. Participants who have allergic to the test food
3. Participants who judged by the investigator to be inappropriate as subjects

Name Time Method Blood tests: (Red blood cell count, hemoglobin, hematocrit, total protein, albumin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, AST, ALT, ALP, gamma-GTP, CPK, creatinine, uric acid, glucose, HbA1c (NGSP), osteocalcin (BGP), bone tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRACP-5b), bone alkaline phosphatase (BAP))<br>Urinalysis: (glucose, protein, sodium, creatinine, salt intake volume)<br>Physical measurements: (sleep, weight, BMI, blood pressure, pulse, abdominal circumference)<br>Questionnaire survey: (Basic survey on sleep, fatigue, lemon intake record, diet, medical history, dispensing information, etc.)
