Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients undergoing major laparoscopic surgery.
- •2\. Patients who were given Trendelenburg position.
- •3\. Patients giving consents.
- •4\.ASA Class I to II
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having pre\-existing respiratory diseases
- •Patients having history of any neuromuscular disorder
