Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Presence of symptomatic cervical myelopathy secondary to
- •multilevel cervical canal stenosis (two or more levels of
- •impairment)with correlating findings on magnetic resonance imaging.
- •\-Age more than 20 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-patient with single level cervical cord compression
- •\-cervical fractures/dislocation
- •\-previous surgical intervention by other techniques(eg:endoscopic decompression)
