- •Presence of symptomatic cervical myelopathy secondary to
- •multilevel cervical canal stenosis (two or more levels of
- •impairment)with correlating findings on magnetic resonance imaging.
- •-Age more than 20 years
排除标准
- •-patient with single level cervical cord compression
- •-cervical fractures/dislocation
- •-previous surgical intervention by other techniques(eg:endoscopic decompression)
