1.An elderly MCI with depression by screening with TGDS 15 (a score of 6 or higher)
2. Age between 60-79 years old
3. Be able to see a number in 1 foot distance
4. Be able to use hand to draw a line
5. Willing to participate in the research and be able to join the treatment program
1.Heart disease, asthma and high blood pressure that are uncontrollable and impede participation in a physical movement activity.
2.Severe injury to the foot, knee, back, waist or shoulder that interferes with participation in the physical activity program.
3.Received a cognitive training program from other places in the past 2 months
