Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.An elderly MCI with depression by screening with TGDS 15 (a score of 6 or higher)
  • 2\. Age between 60\-79 years old
  • 3\. Be able to see a number in 1 foot distance
  • 4\. Be able to use hand to draw a line
  • 5\. Willing to participate in the research and be able to join the treatment program

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Heart disease, asthma and high blood pressure that are uncontrollable and impede participation in a physical movement activity.
  • 2\.Severe injury to the foot, knee, back, waist or shoulder that interferes with participation in the physical activity program.
  • 3\.Received a cognitive training program from other places in the past 2 months
