Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.An elderly MCI with depression by screening with TGDS 15 (a score of 6 or higher)
- •2\. Age between 60\-79 years old
- •3\. Be able to see a number in 1 foot distance
- •4\. Be able to use hand to draw a line
- •5\. Willing to participate in the research and be able to join the treatment program
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Heart disease, asthma and high blood pressure that are uncontrollable and impede participation in a physical movement activity.
- •2\.Severe injury to the foot, knee, back, waist or shoulder that interferes with participation in the physical activity program.
- •3\.Received a cognitive training program from other places in the past 2 months
