简要总结
Our study showed , Total cholesterol was decreased from 127.50 mg/dl to 124.94 mg/dl, LDL cholesterol was decreased from 77.88 mg/dl to 73.08mg/dl . However, there was no significant difference between treatment group and control group in term of decreasing total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol . In roxadustat treatment group, hemoglobin level increased and this changes were statistically significant when compared with the changes of hb of standard medical care group.

- •1. Patients with cirrhosis of liver (Child pugh A or B) 2. Anemia. 3. Age: More than 18 years
排除标准
- •: 1. Patients with Child Pugh C liver cirrhosis 2. Hepatocellular carcinoma 3. Pregnancy or lactation 4. Active variceal bleeding 5. Adult polycystic kidney disease 6. Hypo/Hyperthyroidism 7.Hyperkalemia 8. Patient with co-morbid condition (COPD, CKD, CCF, MI etc.)
