入选标准

  • Age 18 - 45
  • - Written informed consent
  • - Recreationally active (Biking >2h or running >1h per week)

排除标准

  • - Unable to understand and speak the German language
  • - History of fructose malabsorption or intolerance
  • - History of migraine
  • - Acute or chronic diseases
  • - History of liver or renal diseases
  • - History of diabetes mellitus
  • - Fasting blood glucose =100 mg/dl or random blood glucose =200 mg/dl
  • - BMI <18 oder =25
  • - Any medication influencing the examination parameters
  • - Alcohol and/or drug addiction
  • - Above-average caffeine consumption (i.e. >4 cups of coffee/black tea per day)
  • - Pregnancy (early pregnancy test before each study day)
  • - Menopause
  • - Intensive activity within 1 week before the test day
  • - Disease with longer bed rest within 6 weeks before the test day
  • - Hemophobia
