Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients with diagnosed acute cystitis.
  • Patients who are satisfying the typical clinical symptoms of ACSS Questionnaire. At least two of such symptoms as dysuria, urinary frequency, urinary urgency and suprapubic pain and evidence of pyuria.
  • Summary score of Typical ? domain = 6

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1.Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
  • 2.Patients with other complicated or severe systemic illness.
  • 3.patients with malignancy and sexually transmitted diseases
