Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) being diagnosed with knee OA in grade 2 or more by the Kellgren and Lawrence classification, (2\) aged 60 years old or more, (3\)Having bilateral knee OA, (4\) having knee pain \> 3 by NRS, (5\) able to walk 6 meters and using or not assisted devices.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) surgery in knee or lower extremity, (2\) received an intraarticular corticosteroid or injection of hyaluronic acid in past 6 months, (3\) Consume oral corticosteroid in past 4 weeks, (4\) neurological disorders (stroke, parkinson, cerebral ataxia), (5\) hypersensitivity around their knee, (6\) can not understand the verbal command, (7\) Complain low back pain associated with knee pain and (8\) have some contraindications to do manual therapy, such as tumour, infection and dislocation, systemic disease, fracture, vertigo and spinal stenosis.
