Systolic blood pressure >= 130 mmHg or Diastolic blood pressure >= 80 mmHg OR both
Shiraz residence
Participation willingness

Exclusion Criteria

Being in pregnancy or lactation periods
Affected with diabetes or thyroid disorders
Anticoagulant drug consumption
Dietary supplementation of any type
