Inclusion Criteria
- •Students studying in undergraduate courses in a selected University of Udupi District
- •\-Students who use at least one social media platform
- •\-Students who are willing to participate and are available at the time of data collection.
- •\-Students between 18\-24 years of age
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Students who do not use social media.
- •\-Students who disclosed themselves having a psychological problem.
