Inclusion Criteria
- •Degree of education above the fourth grade of elementary school and the possibility of attending bimonthly three times the educational practices.
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with diabetes with reading disability; chronic complications (defined as renal failure; blindness; limb amputation; among others).
