1.Patients diagnosed with essential hypertension from history, examination and routine examination which show no evidence of secondary causes.
2. Patients of age within (25 - 65 years)
3. Both the sexes will be considered.
4. Patients irrespective of their ethnic group, socio economic status and occupation will be considered.
5. Patients who are willing to give their consent for study and comply with regular follow up.
1. Patients with uncertain diagnosis or patients with routine examinations with suspicion of a secondary cause for hypertension.
2. Patients falling into very high risk group i.e. Stage 3 and 4 hypertension.
3. Patients who are not willing to give their consent for study and not complying with regular follow up.
4. Terminally ill patient, diabetic and conditions affecting function of different organs or systems e.g. hepatic disorders or impaired renal function.
5. Patients on allopathic drugs for hypertension.
6. Pre-existing chronic debilitating illness.
