入排标准
入选标准
- •Aged 18-74 years.
- •At high-risk of T2DM (fasting plasma glucose level from 100 to 125 mg/dL).
- •Safe to participate in physical activities (assessed using the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire).
- •Willing and able to attend the intervention/control sessions on their own. Able to provide written informed consent.
排除标准
- •Pregnant women.
- •Those with any serious or uncontrolled medical condition (e.g., cancer).
- •Those who regularly practice yoga i.e., >= 150 minutes/week.
- •Those currently receiving (or has plans to receive during the study period) any related non-pharmaceutical/pharmaceutical intervention
