- Brief Summary
In this study was eleven healthy competitive golfers was to examine the effects of test meals with gummi on interstitial glucose, golf performance, and cognitive performance. Our results show that test meals had no effects of Golf performance. On the other hand, the test meals during golf round attenuated the decline in interstitial glucose and fatigue that was observed in the control trial since the middle of the golf round, and maintain concentration on the last half of a round of golf.

1. Subject who are allergic to gelatin. 2. Subject who takes health foods such as pharmaceuticals and supplements that may affect blood glucose response. 3. Smoker. 4. Subject who has been judged by the investigator to be inappropriate to participate in this study.
