Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Investigation of the influence of the following resilience factors emotion regulation, self-efficacy, self-compassion and social support on the subjective feeling of stress at PiA and psychology students. The analysis shall be based on the experienced stress depending on the assumed resilience factors.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Exploratively we want to analyze the mental strain of the participating PiA and psychology students in a cross-sectional design at the first measurement. The analysis should provide important descriptive information about the experienced stress, the psychological morbidity, burnout symptoms, as well as the feeling of being trapped” and helplessness in order to be able to make statements about the prevalence and the mental health of PiA and psychology students in Germany. In addition, an exploratory comparison with data from the Startklar study with teachers in training (Eskic et al., 2019) will be carried out.
