Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •any patient admitted with septic shock not maintaining mean arterial pressure of 65 mm Hg without vasopressors
Exclusion Criteria
- •cardiogenic/obstructive/hemorrhagic shock
- •do not resuscitate/do not intubate patients
- •admission from other ICU/hospital with more than 7 days stay in that ICU/hospital
