入选标准
- •1. All stage of stroke patient (ischemic or hemorrhagic) which MAS of Gastrocnemius-soleus muscle between 1+ and 3
- •2. No ankle contracture on the affect side
- •3. Age 18 †75 years old
- •4. Have not been treated with rPMS
- •5. Inform consent signed
排除标准
- •1. History of neurolytic injection within 6 months
- •2. History of dose adjustment of antispastic medication within 3 months
- •3. Contraindication of rPMS
- •3.1) Pregnancy
- •3.2) Fever
- •3.3) External wound, cancer, DVT or unstable fracture or metallic implant in the treatment area
- •3.4) Patient with electronic and/or magnetic device (cardiac pacemaker, cochlea implant, medication pumps or programmable VP shunt)
