Inclusion Criteria

  • Healthy women and willing to use a combined contraceptive for 6 cycles.
  • Age at least 18-35 years.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Contraindications for contraceptive steroids
  • Additional contraindications related to the antimineralocorticoid activity of drospirenone
  • Breastfeeding
