- Between 18 en 65 years of age
- Are in the first five years of a psychotic disorder
- The desire or intention for (more or restart of) physical activity
- Subjective experiences of reduced (social) participation
- Read and speak Dutch fluently
- Should be capable of following the research procedures
- Willing and able to provide Informed Consent
- Significant hearing or visual problems
- No internet connection at home or on mobile phone
- Physical conditions (e.g., illness or pregnancy), defects or injuries that
make sports unwise or impossible
- Currently already practices a group sport
- Currently receiving psychomotor therapy in a group

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method <p>The primary outcomes are social integration determined by whether individuals<br /><br>report improvements in daily and overall levels (assessed using daily diaries)<br /><br>of social integration, as assessed by the social network, social functioning<br /><br>and experienced social inclusion, and whether they have successfully commenced<br /><br>and continued (regular) sports activities in the community (outside of mental<br /><br>health facility) at post-treatment and follow-up.</p><br>

Name Time Method <p>The secondary outcome is to explore and understand the meaning of the lived<br /><br>experience of social participation after partaking in a sports-intervention, in<br /><br>terms of work, studies, social roles (romantic, family, friends), social<br /><br>inclusion, self-esteem, self-stigma, and participation of activities, in the<br /><br>community at follow-up. In addition, it will be assessed whether improvements<br /><br>in daily and overall levels of self-stigma, physical activity, self-esteem, and<br /><br>negative symptoms have occurred at post-treatment.</p><br>
