•1.Male or female patients with age 18 â?? 65 years, attending Gastroenterology OPD for existing functional bowel disorder diagnosed as per Rome IV criteria and willing to sign ICD.
•2.Patients carrying treatment records prescribed at Gastroenterology OPD of KEM hospital, containing functional bowel disorder medication regimen for at least 3 months.

•1.Patients admitted in gastroenterology IPD and emergency department.
•2.Newly diagnosed and treatment naive patients.
•3.Patients with a concomitant history of peptic ulcer & inflammatory bowel disorders.
•4.Patients with a history of substance dependence or abuse.
•5.Critically ill patients requiring urgent attention for medical problems.
