- •Individuals residing in particular area since last six months
- •Individuals having Hb more than 12gm%
- •school teachers belonging to any socioeconomic class

- •Individuals with the history of allergic condition
- •Individuals with the history of any genetic/hereditary disorder
- •Individuals with history of anemia
- •Individuals with addictions like smoking and alcoholic intake
