- •1\.Patient requiring 1st premolar extraction as part of orthodontic treatment.
- •2\.Patient aged between 14\-30yrs.
排除标准
- •1\.Subjects with a history of long\-term medication with nonsteroidal anti\-inflammatory drugs and hormone supplements.
- •2\.Subjects with unilateral chewing or parafunctional habit, skeletal crossbite and occlusal interferences.
- •3\.Periodontally compromised patients.
