Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients is diagnosed as having AAOA on open mouth view X\-ray.
  • •2\.Age: 40 to 90 Years
  • •3\.Patient willing to give consent and participate in the study
  • •4\.Psychosocially, mentally and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including
  • •adhering to completing forms and other study procedures.
  • •5\. Personally, signed and dated informed consent document prior to any study\-related
  • •procedures indicating that the patient has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient not fulfilling inclusion criteria
  • •2\.Patient not willing to participate in the study or not willing to sign the consent form
  • •3\.Patients with h/o of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), tumours, infection or surgery at craniovertebral junction.
