Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
To compare the mean change in systolic Blood pressure while securing upper airway using blockbuster LMA & endotracheal tubeTimepoint: The monitoring will be done before induction of anaesthesia, at 0min 1min 2min 3min 4min 5min & afterwards every 30mints till closure and shifting to IC
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The following things will be compared when using blockbuster LMA versus ET tube

1.The ventilation parameters in terms of peak airway pressure, minute ventilation, end tidal CO2 & tidal volume

2.The time taken to achieve effective airway

3.Determine the occurrence of pharyngo-laryngeal complications

4.The no: of attempts in intubation

5.The ease of insertionTimepoint: The monitoring will be done before induction of anaesthesia, at 0min 1min 2min 3min 4min 5min & afterwards every 30mints till closure & shifting to IC
