Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age 20\-45 years old
  • Duration of infertility more than 1 year
  • At least one previous semen analysis result with sperm concentration less than 15 million/ml
  • Abstinence period within 2 to 7 days
  • Semen volume at least 1\.5 ml per ejaculation
  • No history of previous testicular, penile surgery or vasectomy
  • No history of cancer, radiation therapy or chemotherapy

Exclusion Criteria

  • Sperm concentration equal to or more than 15 million/ml when repeat at least 4\-week interval from previous semen analysis
  • Unable to ejaculate by masturbation
  • Patient with azoospermia
