Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age 20\-45 years old
- •Duration of infertility more than 1 year
- •At least one previous semen analysis result with sperm concentration less than 15 million/ml
- •Abstinence period within 2 to 7 days
- •Semen volume at least 1\.5 ml per ejaculation
- •No history of previous testicular, penile surgery or vasectomy
- •No history of cancer, radiation therapy or chemotherapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Sperm concentration equal to or more than 15 million/ml when repeat at least 4\-week interval from previous semen analysis
- •Unable to ejaculate by masturbation
- •Patient with azoospermia
