Age 20-45 years old
Duration of infertility more than 1 year
At least one previous semen analysis result with sperm concentration less than 15 million/ml
Abstinence period within 2 to 7 days
Semen volume at least 1.5 ml per ejaculation
No history of previous testicular, penile surgery or vasectomy
No history of cancer, radiation therapy or chemotherapy
Sperm concentration equal to or more than 15 million/ml when repeat at least 4-week interval from previous semen analysis
Unable to ejaculate by masturbation
Patient with azoospermia
