Inclusion Criteria
1] Patients who underwent CABG with coronary artery triple vessel disease which having chronic lung disease eg COPD or Asthma.
2] No history of previous cardiac surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1] Post-operatively patients on prolonged mechanical ventilation( >24 hours)
2] Post-operatively hemodynamically unstable patients.
3] Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) less than 35% pre-operatively
4] Patients having cognitive impairments
