入选标准
- •1] Patients who underwent CABG with coronary artery triple vessel disease which having chronic lung disease eg COPD or Asthma.
- •2] No history of previous cardiac surgery
排除标准
- •1] Post-operatively patients on prolonged mechanical ventilation( >24 hours)
- •2] Post-operatively hemodynamically unstable patients.
- •3] Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) less than 35% pre-operatively
- •4] Patients having cognitive impairments
