Inclusion Criteria

1. Treatment inclusion criteria: Aged 12 months and older

2. Outcome sampling inclusion criteria:: (a) Resident of study clusters; (b) aged 12 months and older; (c) willingness of adult aged 18 years and above or parent/guardian of child to provide written informed consent; (d) Provision of written assent to participate from children aged 8 years and above

Exclusion Criteria

1. Treatment exclusion criteria: (a) Children under one year of age; (b) pregnant women in their first trimester; (c) history of adverse reaction to benzimidazoles

2. Sampling exclusion criteria: (a) Individuals who do not reside in the study cluster; (b) Non-consenting or assenting individuals, as applicable
