Inclusion Criteria
1.Regular menstruation cycle (28-35 days)
2.Moderate to severe dysmenorrhoea pain
3.Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Women who will be allergic to ginger and fennel
2.Women taking other herbs and medicine for pain in the recent cycle
3.Women with acute and chronic infection (pelvic inflammatory disease, urinary tract infection)
4.Daily smokers
5.Alcoholics
6.Women with menorrhagia
