- •1.Regular menstruation cycle (28-35 days)
- •2.Moderate to severe dysmenorrhoea pain
- •3.Willing to participate in the study
排除标准
- •1.Women who will be allergic to ginger and fennel
- •2.Women taking other herbs and medicine for pain in the recent cycle
- •3.Women with acute and chronic infection (pelvic inflammatory disease, urinary tract infection)
- •4.Daily smokers
- •5.Alcoholics
- •6.Women with menorrhagia
