Inclusion Criteria

? 50 years old or older
? Those who have been diagnosed with knee degenerative arthritis: refer to the criteria for table arthritis diagnosis
(American College of Rheumatology, Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Kanggren and Lawrence, Kanggren and Lawrence).
? Those who voluntarily agreed to the clinical trial and wrote the written consent form

<Diagnostic criteria for arthritis>
- Clinical and radiological findings of knee osteoarthritis diagnosis criteria
: Knee pain and imaging abnormal spots and one or more of the following 3 items
1. Age> 50 years
2. Less than 30 min.
3. Fricative sounds due to movement

- Classification criteria
1. Knee Pain and Imaging Augmentation
2. Knee pain, age of 40 years or older, less than 30 minutes,

Kellgren and Lawrence's Imaging Classification of Osteoarthritis of the Knee
Grade 1: There was a suspicion of narrowing of the joint space compared to normal, and a slight degree of tumbling of the tibia or femur was observed.
Grade 2: The joint space is clearly narrower than the normal and the bony pole is clearly visible.
Grade 3: Moderate multiple bony spurs were observed, narrowed joint space, and osteogenesis and deformation of bone shape were observed.
Grade 4: Severe bony spurs were observed and the space between the joints was markedly narrowed. Severe osteogenesis and severe deformation of the bone morphology were observed.

Exclusion Criteria

? arthritis of other causes (rheumatoid, gouty, infectious)
? When knee joint replacement is performed on the knee
? If you have history of ultrasound or extracorporeal shock wave treatment or intra-articular injection therapy for the last 6 months
? External knee impact, disease status such as surgery or cancer
? If you can not proceed with the evaluation of pain or questionnaire to carry out the research due to the deterioration of cognitive function
