Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • patients 's diagnosis with gallstones
  • \-patients subject to laparoscopic cholecystectomy
  • \- patients age ?? years old and older
  • \-patients can talk and ready to answer.

Exclusion Criteria

  • \-patients with jaundice
  • \-Diabetic patients
  • \-open cholecystectomy
  • \- Patients acute cholecystitis
  • \-patients can't talk or have mental disturbances.
  • \-Patients with other health conditions which need surgical intervention simultaneously.
  • \-Patients do not agree to participate in research
  • \-patients' pancreatitis

In this study at first patients nutritional status will be assessed and according to the requirement of calorie and protein preoperative nutrition will be given for 7 days prior to operation.
