1) age20-80
2)histological proven junctional cancer (Nishi classification)
3)ECOG PS0-2
4)capable of oral intake
5)written informed consent
1)pregnant and to have hisory of drug allergy or the asthma.
2)Radical cure by the department in charge after endoscopic treatment of those who have been treated for other cancers within 5 years (esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer, other cancers (head and neck cancer, skin cancer, etc.))
3) untreated other cancers
4) uncontrollable organ failure
5) active infectious diseases
6) Decison as adequate cases by a donctor in charge.
