Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of either gender, age 18 years or above, admitted in the Department of Orthopaedics, diagnosed with an orthopaedic problem, prescribed with at least one drug
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients referred to the psychiatric unit for evaluation.
- •Incomplete Case files
- •Patients admitted to Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
