Patients of either gender, age 18 years or above, admitted in the Department of Orthopaedics, diagnosed with an orthopaedic problem, prescribed with at least one drug
Exclusion Criteria
Patients referred to the psychiatric unit for evaluation.
Incomplete Case files
Patients admitted to Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
