- •Age ââ?°Â¥18 years
- •2. Invasive carcinoma of the breast
- •3. ECOG performance status 0-2
- •4. Locally advanced breast cancer which is not amenable to curative surgery as decided by
- •multidisciplinary tumour board.
- •5. Metastatic breast cancer patients:
- •6. Who are awaiting palliative locoregional radiotherapy for symptom (pain
- •bleeding, ulceration, impending fungation) control.
- •7. Who have completed a scheduled course of palliative chemotherapy and is felt to
- •benefit from local radiation therapy
- •8. Able to give informed consent

- •1. Breast reconstruction using implants
- •2. Concurrent cyto-toxic chemotherapy
- •3. Prior radiation to the chest wall / breast
