Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All patients above 18 years of age undergoing BOT and admitted to the hospital.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients who refuse to consent for the procedure
  • •2\.Technical difficulty in obtaining baseline values of rSO2 or BIS
  • •3\.Contraindications to BOT
  • •4\.Any patient requiring sedation or general anaesthesia.
