40 years 至 70 years(—)
性别

入选标准

  • Age of 40 to 70 years
  • Diagnosis of non-specific chronic low back pain (without showing neurologic defect)
  • Having non-specific chronic low back pain for at least 6 months

排除标准

  • Chronic low back pain with known etiology
  • Any other major illness
  • Regular physical activity (more than once a week) during 5 years ago
  • Use of any medication that may have significantly affect the balance
  • High blood pressure
  • Persons that perform a regular strength exercises
  • The presence of metal in the body
  • Having cardiovascular disease
