Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age of 40 to 70 years
- •Diagnosis of non\-specific chronic low back pain (without showing neurologic defect)
- •Having non\-specific chronic low back pain for at least 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •Chronic low back pain with known etiology
- •Any other major illness
- •Regular physical activity (more than once a week) during 5 years ago
- •Use of any medication that may have significantly affect the balance
- •High blood pressure
- •Persons that perform a regular strength exercises
- •The presence of metal in the body
- •Having cardiovascular disease
