1 Histological diagnosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma of high grade primary gastric clinical stage I, ll1, II2, IIE, without indication of emergency surgery.
2 No evidence of other neoplasms.
3 Evidence of measurable or evaluable injuries.
4 No previous treatment.
5 Age <70 years.
6 Status performance of 0-2.
7 Adequate spinal reserve- (WBCs> 4,000 mm3, neutrophils> 2,000 mm3, platelets> 120,000 min3.
8 Suitable renal and hepatic function
9 Life expectancy of more than three months.
10 Geographic accessibility or treatment.
11 Written consent.
1 Severe cardiomyopathy.
2 Present or past history of second neoplasia (except carcinoma in-situ of cervix and basal cell carcinoma of skin).
3 Infections or metabolic disorders not controlled.
4 More than one month between the staging and the start of treatment.
5 Previous chemotherapy.
