Age of 18 to 35 years
Hemoglobin � 11 gm/dl
Primigravida or multigravida at 14 -18 weeks of gestation
Singleton pregnancy
Pregnant women who are willing to come for follow up antenatal care and deliver in IGMCRI
History of Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Thyroid Disorder
History of any hematological disorders
Previous history of any blood transfusion
Multifetal gestation
Smoking and drug abuse
Parity more than 3
Previous history of LSCS
Previous history of placenta previa, abruptio placenta
Chronic illness like liver disease, renal disease, Tuberculosis, heart disease
Bleeding piles, chronic peptic ulcer, Gastric intolerance
History of hyperemesis
Pregnant women who are all under medications like Anti epileptics, thyroid medications, NSAIDs, Anti oxidants.
