Inclusion Criteria
Patients, aged 18 to 75 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or II, undergoing surgery under general anesthesia for 1 hour or more
Exclusion Criteria
1) Anticipated difficult airway management
2) Patients with past history of neuromuscular disease
3) Severe hepatic or renal impairment
4) drug allergy to rocuroium
5) Patients undergoing major surgery with high possibility of massive bleeding or transfusion
6) Patients with implatable metal product such as cardiac pacamaker or ICD
7) Pregnancy
