Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients, aged 18 to 75 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or II, undergoing surgery under general anesthesia for 1 hour or more
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Anticipated difficult airway management
- •2\) Patients with past history of neuromuscular disease
- •3\) Severe hepatic or renal impairment
- •4\) drug allergy to rocuroium
- •5\) Patients undergoing major surgery with high possibility of massive bleeding or transfusion
- •6\) Patients with implatable metal product such as cardiac pacamaker or ICD
- •7\) Pregnancy
