- •Patients having TSH level 5 to 10 mIU/L
- •Patient having Zulewskis score > 5 or equal to 5
- •Patient suffering from goiter (enlarged thyroid gland)
排除标准
- •Drug induced hypothyroidism
- •Systemic illness like tuberculosis CNS disorder e.g encephalopathy other endocrine disorder , HIV , cardiac disorder ,malignancies and renal failure
