Inclusion Criteria
Patients: outpatient treatment in one of the study centers (Bielefeld, Cologne, Frankfurt, Mannheim); mental illness (with a focus on depression, social phobia or other anxiety disorders); availability of a terminal device with Android operating system.
Psychotherapists: Staff of the outpatient clinic of a participating study center (Bielefeld, Cologne, Frankfurt, Mannheim); consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
No consent for study participation; Not a patient or employee of a participating study center during the survey period; For patients: no availability of a terminal device with Android operating system.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Perceived app quality by patient and therapist (surveyed by the uMARS (user version of the Mobile Application Rating Scale) at T2P & T2T) and satisfaction with the app by patient and psychotherapist (surveyed by the short version of the ZUF-8 (questionnaire for measuring patient:s satisfaction) and a subscale of the uMARS at T2P and T2T and by psychotherapist with five self-generated questions in the context of a qualitative interview).
