入选标准
- •1. Mandibular first or second molars with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis.
- •2. Mandibular molars with mature apices
- •3. Patients not taking any analgesics for 6 hours preoperatively
- •4. No history of endodontic treatment
- •5. The ‘mild to maximum’ pre-operative pain on HP-VAS will be taken
排除标准
- •1. Teeth with periapical radiolucency
- •2. Teeth with calcified canals
- •3. Pregnant or lactating patients
- •4. Patients with history of allergy to any of the components of local anaesthetic solution
- •5. Teeth with internal root resorption
