- •Age over 15 years

- •Surgery for more than two hours
- •Consumption of NSAIDs in the last two days
- •Consumption of smoking and Opiate
- •Sensitization
- •Laryngeal mask insertion problem
- •Diseases such as asthma and pharyngitis
- •Obesity too
- •Muscular neuromuscular problems
- •Mental problems
