1. Shoulder surgery under GA in beach chair position
2. BMI <35
3. ASA 1-3
Exclusion Criteria
1.Refusal to give consent
2.Peripheral vascular disease
3.AV fistula in the arm
4.H/o DVT/Lymphedema/local skin damage
5.Cardiac arrhythmias
6.EF <50%

Name Time Method To assess the accuracy of MAP determined by NIBP at arm and ankle in detecting invasive MAP 70 mm Hg.Timepoint: baseline, every 5 minutes interval intra operatively until extubation.
