  • •1\. Shoulder surgery under GA in beach chair position
  • •2\. BMI \<35
  • •3\. ASA 1\-3

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Refusal to give consent
  • •2\.Peripheral vascular disease
  • •3\.AV fistula in the arm
  • •4\.H/o DVT/Lymphedema/local skin damage
  • •5\.Cardiac arrhythmias
  • •6\.EF \<50%
