Diagnosed with DSPD
Caucasian descent
Age between 18 and 55 years;
Body Mass Index between 18 and 30 kg/m2
Able to perform moderate intensity cycle exercises (assessed by PAR-Q)
Is able to read and understand Patient Information
Presence of other sleep disturbances
Use of sleep medication
Use of melatonin / melatonin agonists
Use of anti-depressants
Use of anti-psychotic medication
Shift work or transmeridian flights within 1 month prior to the study
Substance abuse
Use of medication inducing retinal photosensitivity
Retinopathy or other eye pathologies
