chronicity less than 5 years with classical sign and symptoms of tamaka shwasa according to ayurveda
patients age below 20 years and abobve 65 years
All other varieties of Shwasa except Tamaka shwasa
Patients with severity of more than 2 attacks per day will be excluded
Patients suffering from Emphysema Tuberculosis Infection congestive cardiac failure Cor- pulmonale Acute or severe exacerbation Cardiac asthama Pregnant and lactating mothers any malignancy and Very chronic and serious conditions require immediate intervention will be excluded
