Inclusion Criteria
1.Any Gender, Caste, Economical class individuals.
2.Individuals who have had allergic episodes in the previous 6 months.
3.TNSS Score of more than 6 out of 12.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Known cases of Lung damage, Chronic Rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, Rhinosinusitis.
2.Diagnosed cases of Infective diseases like Tuberculosis, Pneumonia.
3.Known Cases of Systemic disorders like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Hypertension (not on medication).
4.Individuals on regular anti-allergic medications.

Name Time Method asal Instillation of Anu Taila reduces the IgE and AEC Levels.Timepoint: Reduction in IgE, AEC titer levels after 30 days of intervention.

Name Time Method Reduction in Clinical Allergic Symptoms Measured by TNSS ScoreTimepoint: After 30 days of Nasal Instillation of 8 Bindu Anu taila everyday in each nostril, There will be reduction in TNSS.
